Article 3.1 — How Does Shipping Work?

GPSL Services manages the entire shipping process on your behalf. Here's how it works:

Step 1 — Supplier Ships To Our Logistics Hub Once your payment is confirmed we place your order with our supplier. Parts are shipped from the supplier (Japan, USA, Trinidad or other sources) to our logistics processing point.

Step 2 — We Arrange Onward Shipping To Your Island We coordinate shipping to your island using our network of trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL and local Caribbean shipping companies.

Step 3 — Delivery To Your Door or Collection Point Depending on your island and location, delivery will be arranged to your address or a convenient collection point. We will advise you of the delivery arrangement in your quote.
