Article 5.1 — What Is Your Returns Policy?
GPSL Services operates as a parts broker and logistics service. Because parts are sourced specifically for each customer order, returns are subject to the following policy:
Incorrect Parts Supplied If we supply a part that does not match the specifications confirmed in your quote we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the incorrect part received.
Parts Damaged In Transit If your parts arrive damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with our carrier and supplier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or compensation where applicable.
Customer Order Error If an incorrect part was ordered due to information provided by the customer (wrong part number, wrong vehicle year etc.) we are unable to accept a return. We strongly recommend double checking all vehicle and parts details before confirming your quote.
Change of Mind We are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been placed and payment has been received.
